Exclusive Use & Account Security
To maintain the integrity of our wholesale program, all account access to jewelheelsinternational.com is strictly limited to the approved business entity.
- Login credentials must remain confidential and may not be shared, transferred, or distributed to any third party, including contractors, affiliates, or external partners without prior written consent.
- You are fully responsible for any activity conducted under your account.
- Unauthorized sharing or misuse of access may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of wholesale privileges without notice.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
By accessing our wholesale platform, you agree to a strict confidentiality obligation regarding all non-public information.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unreleased styles, designs, and product concepts
- Pricing structures, wholesale costs, and margins
- Product development timelines and launch strategies
- Marketing plans, campaign materials, and internal content
You expressly agree that:
- Unreleased styles may not be shared, displayed, or discussed with customers, vendors, or any third party in any form (including social media, messaging, or verbal communication).
- Product information may only be used for approved resale purposes once inventory is officially released.
Protection of Business Operations & Proprietary Information
To safeguard the core operations of Jewel Heels, the following restrictions apply:
- You may not attempt to access, request, reverse engineer, or otherwise obtain information relating to:
- Our manufacturing processes or production methods
- Supplier identities, factory relationships, or sourcing strategies
- Internal business operations, logistics, or fulfillment systems
- Pricing models, cost structures, or financial data
- Website structure, backend systems, or operational workflows
- Any attempt to gather, extract, or infer such information—whether directly or indirectly—will be considered a material breach of these terms.
- You agree not to use any information gained through your relationship with Jewel Heels to replicate, imitate, or compete with our products, designs, or business model.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions
To maintain brand consistency and fairness across all partners:
Pricing Policy
- Retailers must not sell Jewel Heels products below the retail prices listed on our official product pages.
- These prices reflect our flagship store pricing and serve as the minimum advertised and selling price.
- Retailers may set higher prices at their discretion but may not undercut the brand.
Promotions
- Retailers may run independent promotions or sales at their own discretion.
- However, these promotions must not:
- Devalue the brand
- Conflict with active Jewel Heels campaigns
- Jewel Heels is not responsible for and is not affiliated with retailer-specific promotions.
Eligibility & Competition
- Retailers must not be employees, representatives, or direct affiliates of competing footwear brands.
- Jewel Heels reserves the right to deny or revoke wholesale access at its sole discretion if a conflict of interest is identified.
Intellectual Property
- All Jewel Heels branding, including logos, product designs, images, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Jewel Heels.
- Participation in the wholesale program does not grant:
- Ownership rights
- Licensing rights beyond resale use
- Any claim to equity or business interest
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Minimum Order Requirement
- A minimum or 50 pairs of heels within a 12 month frame is required to maintain wholesale status.
- There is no minimum number of heels required per order.
- Jewel Heels reserves the right to modify minimum order quantities at any time.
Enforcement & Termination
- Any violation of these terms may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of wholesale access
- Cancellation of pending or future orders
- Legal action where applicable
Jewel Heels reserves the right to enforce these terms at its sole discretion to protect its brand, operations, and partners.
